How can I place an order?

You can place an order via our website.  If you have any problems with the checkout process please feel free to email us on orders@simplycreative.co.za, phone or WhatsApp on the following number  +2721 82 740 1192.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, the invoice will be sent with your order.  An email will be sent to you once we have checked the stock after you have placed your order and it will also be included with the order that you will receive.

How do I pay for my order?

At the time of your order being confirmed payment can currently only be made by electronic transfer.  If you collect your order from the shop you are welcome to pay for your order via credit/debit card.

Do you have a “walk-in” store?

We do have a home-based store that you are welcome to pop in and visit.  Please Whatsapp Ronita on 0827401192 if you would like to visit to make sure the shop is open.

How do I remove my account?

If you have created an account with Simply Creative and you would like to remove it, please contact customer support on info@simplycreativ.co.za for further assistance.  Unfortunately there is not an option to remove your own account.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Once you have placed your order we will check and confirm what is in stock and email an order confirmation of what products we do have in stock.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Most definitely.  Different voucher prices can be found on our website under the “GIFT VOUCHER” section.  Once we have received payment for the gift voucher please advise the recipient’s name so that we can put it on the voucher and we will then email you a copy of the voucher for you to give to the lucky person.

How does the Wishlist work?

Please note that our website does not currently show all available stock that we have on hand.  If a particular item that you like has been added to your wishlist and you then finalise your order please note that we cannot guarantee the item will still be available at the time of placing your order.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order once it has been finalized please contact us within 24 hours to make any changes.  Once final payment has been received unfortunately we cannot make changes to the order.  If you require any help with your order please email us on orders@simplycreative.co.za or Whatsapp on 082 740 1192 so that we can make the changes before we need to pack it.

How do I remove my account?

If you have created an account with Simply Creative and you would like to remove it, please contact customer support on info@simplycreativ.co.za for further assistance.  Unfortunately there is not an option to remove your own account.

Do you have a catalogue?

No, unfortunately we do not.  As our inventory changes on a weekly basis it will be impossible to print a catalogue.  We like to think that our online shop is a virtual catalogue that has a picture, price and description of every product.

Do you ship international?

At this time we unfortunately do not ship outside the borders of South Africa (except Namibia or Zimbabwe if you are able to pay in South African rand).

Can my shipping address and billing address be different?

Yes, it absolutely can.  On the checkout page you will have the option to fill in the different billing and shipping address.

How can I update my email address?

Once you have signed in or created your account you can change your account details under “MY ACCOUNT”.
