Economy Road – National delivery in 2 – 3 working days (within Johannesburg / Durban / Port Elizabeth / East London / George / Bloemfontein)

Please note that these shipping costs are for major cities only. Some locations might be marked as a “special delivery area”. For an example of these
areas this would include Plots/farms, remote areas, game lodges/resort, power stations, townships, mines, harbours/port and military bases.
A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can keep track of the progress of your parcel. Head over to Fastway’s website and enter your
tracking number there – www.fastway.co.za
If you’re locally based or visiting in the Cape Town area then you’re more than welcome to collect your order.
POSTNET
There is an option to sent your order from Postnet to Posnet this option is especially great for all the small outlying areas. The cost to send a local parcel is R109.00 for a parcel up to 5 kg.
PEP STORES (PAXI)
This is another option to send your order from a Pep Stores to Pep Stores using Paxi. Advise us of your local store and we can send it to that location. Costs range from R 60.00 ( 7 – 9 business day) or R 99.00 (2 – 3 business days).
OWN COURIER
You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of duties and international courier fees we are unable to ship outside of South Africa.
PROCESSING TIMES
It usually takes less than 24 – 28 business days to process your order. We will send you an email confirmation confirming what we have in stock and will
confirm the shipping option that will suit you. On receipt of your payment orders will be sent that afternoon if payment has been received before 13h00 or it will be sent the following working day.
