UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED ITEMS:
If you are unhappy with any product you receive these products may be returned within 10 days of the order’s delivery date at the buyer’s expense (except for the above exclusions). To qualify for the refund products must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you – unopened, unused and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email. Please email email@example.com to notify us within a 10 day working period that you are returning items. All refunds will be issued as a store credit only – NO exceptions.
If a return is authorized for a specific order, but products are subsequently returned from a different order that is past a 10 day return window period, a 30 % restocking fee will be applied to those products.
If your order qualified for discount, the amount of the store credit will be equal to the amount paid for the items returned.
If the return is due to our error, we will of course, pay your return shipping costs.
Please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org of any damaged goods within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return of the damaged goods at our expense. For our customers’ protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped but once in a while, a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions on how to get a replacement product, or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
